RETURNS & EXCHANGES
  • What about Returns & Exchanges?

NO RETURNS FOR SALE ITEMS - ALL SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL. We understand that sometimes what you have ordered may be slightly different to what you viewed on the web. We will gladly exchange or refund, in accordance with our terms and conditions. Conditions of returns/exchange: Please return your item with all tags still in tact, no visible signs of wear, including perfume, cigarette odours or make up. Shoes must be returned with all original packaging including undamaged boxes. We are unable to accept returns without boxes or with scratches or dirty soles. To prevent damage in the returns process, please be sure to package the items well. We advise that when trying on your new shoes for the first time, you wear them on carpet or a clean surface just in case. We reserve the right to refuse a refund/exchange if this occurs. We do not refund postage OR freight. If you would like to exchange your item for a different size, please contact the Customer Service Team and specify the correct size. NB: Earrings and hair accessories can't be returned once they've been tried on. It's an Australian health and sanitation regulation - we can't resell earrings and hair accessories if they've been worn. So unless the items were faulty unfortunately we can't refund or exchange them!

  • How do I return my purchase?

LOVE FASHION needs to be notified within 10 days of order received, by email to info@lovefashion.com.au where an authorized number will be given. Please return the item/s with the authorized number to: LOVE FASHION, Po Box 222 Neutral Bay NSW 2089. LOVE FASHION should be notified when you post the return item, no later then 7 days after receing the authorization number. No returns will be accepted unless a return authorization number is given. Return or Exchange MUST NOT be sent back by Regular Post, as this does not provide insurance or tracking and your precious purchase may get lost. We strongly advise that Returns and Exchange be sent either by Registered Mail, or Express Satchel from Australian Post. Express Satchel,(remove small sticker which contains tracking id). Remember that Express Sachet does not have insurance attached - insurance has to be separate. LOVE FASHION will not take responsibilities for lost of ORDER via Post Office. LOVE FASHION will send any exchanges FREE OF DELIVERY CHARGE - only once. • Returns from Overseas Please email our friendly Customer Service team on info@lovefashion.com.au, and let them know you'd like to return or exchange. You will then receive a form to fill out with an authorization number, which you will need to include in the return. Returned item/s need to be in their original state - please refer to Conditions of returns/exchange above.

  • How long do I have to return my purchase?

Australia orders: We allow up to 10 working days from receipt of order. (We normally ship out within 24hrs) International orders: We allow up to 21 working days from receipt of order. (We normally ship out within 24hrs)

  • How long does it take for me to receive a refund or exchange?

REFUND - We will refund your purchase within 7 days of receiving the return. EXCHANGE - if in stock, we will ship out within 24hrs. If out of stock we will contact you.

  • What are the shipping charges if I return a delivery?

All return shipping charges, Australian and International, are at the expense of the purchaser unless it is the fault of LOVE FASHION.

  • Do you refund or exchange if I have chosen the wrong size?

Yes! We will exchange or refund.

  • What if my item is faulty?

Our Quality Control team try to ensure that all products are of a high quality when they leave the warehouse. In the rare circumstance that your item has a defect, please send it back to us with the return procedures stated above. In case we don't have a replacement item, our Customer Service team will contact you.

  • What are your shipping and returns policies?

  • I need to return an item, but I don't have the original packaging. Now what?

In instances where you have changed your mind or would like to exchange for a different item, size or colour, in order to issue a refund or store credit, original packaging is required. Unfortunately, in these circumstances, we can't issue a refund or exchange.

  • What payment types do you accept?

  • Is it safe to use my credit card on your site?

We strive to ensure that every credit card transaction occurs within a secure environment. Love Fashion payment system has a 128-bit SSL security encryption certification awarded by GeoTrust Premium. You can see the transaction is secure if you see a keylock on the navigation bar. We do not retain your credit card information after your order is complete. You can rest assured that with each purchase your credit card or bank account information will be secured.

  • What about my privacy?

We value your privacy and we ensure you that your details are secure and will not be released to any other party. To learn more about how we keep your details safe, please see our privacy policy.

  • Will my information be sold to third parties?

NO. Your information will not be sold or passed on to third parties. Your privacy is importance to us.

 

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

  • How long does delivery take?

As all our products are in stock, we usually dispatch within 24hrs, if there is any delay we will contact you. If you are in Australia, you can expect to receive your order beween within 3 business day. If you are overseas, this will depend from your location but usually 10 to 15 business days. For all orders we cannot guarantee a delivery date.

  • Will I have to sign for my delivery?

Yes, if the item is registered.

  • What if I am not home when my package arrives?

Australia Post will deliver the parcel to your address. If you're not home when it arrives, the postman will leave a note at your place and take your parcel back to a nearby AusPost Office. They'll keep if there for five days, then they'll send you another note to remind you to come pick it up. After that, AusPost will send it back to our warehouse, and we'll contact you to see if you still want it! Double delivery fees will apply.

  • How do I change my shipping address after my order has been placed?

Please contact us and if the order has not left our warehouse this can be done, if the order has been shipped, unfortunately we can not change it.

  • My items haven't arrived yet. What can I do?

Please allow up to five business days for your order to arrive. International orders up to 14 working days. If you have any concerns, please do not hesitate to contact us.

  • Do you ship internationally?

YES we do. Please be aware that customs duty might be applicable depending on your country's regulations

  • Do you ship to PO Boxes?

Yes we do.
